OSP Approval of Changed-Corrected Applications on Deadline Days

Due to the volume of applications and review items processed by OSP on deadline days, OSP encourages all applicants to utilize discretion surrounding which applications they submit as changed-correcteds. OSP advises departments not to submit a changed-corrected application unless the desired changes are critical to the application or are in response to errors received upon submission in Commons. To ensure that any desired changes can be made, OSP recommends routing applications that fit the criteria for OSP review as soon as possible prior to the internal deadline of five (5) business days. As a reminder, OSP requires the following items to review an application: access to announcement guidelines, budget justification, scope-of-work, detailed budget, and subaward letter(s)-of-intent and budgets (if applicable). Please be sure to confirm that any required placeholders are added prior
